The principal challenge of the scheme was delivering consistent EWI quality at scale while working within an integrated Tier 1 contractor environment and subject to independent post-installation scrutiny. A key requirement of the programme was robust quality assurance and independent verification, with post-installation technical monitoring undertaken by an ATMA-approved provider.
