WarmPro is a UK-based retrofit and construction contractor delivering energy efficiency, decarbonisation, and building improvement works across domestic, commercial, and public sector properties. We are a delivery-led business, built around practical construction expertise and a clear understanding of how work is successfully delivered on site.
We operate as Principal Contractor on large-scale retrofit and decarbonisation programmes, working in partnership with local authorities and housing providers under government-backed funding schemes. Alongside this, we deliver wider construction, refurbishment, and property improvement works, enabling clients to manage complex programmes through a single, accountable delivery partner.
Our strength lies in the alignment between our office teams and site delivery. Project managers, coordinators, and technical staff are embedded in construction and retrofit best practice, ensuring decisions are practical, risks are identified early, and quality standards are consistently maintained.
Accredited to PAS 2030:2023 and MCS standards, and holding Constructionline Gold and SSIP accreditation, WarmPro delivers compliant, high-quality construction and retrofit programmes with a strong focus on safety, workmanship, and long-term performance.

WarmPro was established to address a clear gap in the market: the need for contractors who combine strong construction capability with a deep understanding of the technical and regulatory requirements of large-scale retrofit and decarbonisation.
The business began as a specialist retrofit contractor and has grown steadily by investing in people, systems, and delivery capability. From early on, WarmPro focused on upskilling both office-based teams and on-site operatives, strengthening technical oversight and embedding disciplined processes to support safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery.
Today, WarmPro delivers a broad range of retrofit, construction, and building improvement works across residential and commercial sectors. Our approach is simple: combine construction expertise with robust systems and hands-on management to deliver complex projects reliably, at scale, and to a consistently high standard.

Daniel Hare is the Co-Founder and CEO of WarmPro, leading the company's strategic growth, operational delivery and partnerships across large-scale retrofit and construction programmes. With a background in property construction and real estate development.
Daniel founded WarmPro in 2021 and has overseen its rapid growth into a trusted Principal Contractor for multiple local authorities and housing providers, delivering PAS-compliant retrofit works under government-backed funding schemes. His focus is on building a contractor-led organisation that combines strong workmanship, disciplined systems and commercial resilience to deliver at scale.

Dr. Chinten Pandya
Dr Chinten Pandya is Co-Founder and CTO of WarmPro, responsible for technical leadership, delivery standards and the continued development of the company's construction and retrofit capability. With over 19 years' experience in construction, civil engineering and sustainable energy.
Chinten has led the delivery of multi-million-pound construction and retrofit works across residential and mixed-use developments, bringing site-led expertise in building fabric, structural works and compliant delivery in occupied environments. He has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Sustainable Energy Technology in recognition of his contribution to energy efficiency, leadership and innovation.

Senior Advisor & Board Member
Robert Myerson
Robert Myerson is a Senior Advisor and Board Member at WarmPro, providing strategic guidance on growth, capital strategy and long-term value creation. From 2021 to 2025, Robert served as Co-CEO and CIO of Essential Living, where he led a restructuring and growth programme that more than doubled the company's gross asset value to over £500m.
He previously founded HomeQuarters, building an institutional residential investment and operating platform to over £200m in assets under management, and earlier served as a Director at M3 Capital Partners, executing more than $2bn of real estate transactions across the UK, Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa.
