INTEGRATED M&E SERVICES
Electrical & Mechanical
SAFE, COMPLIANT BUILDINGS
Integrated M&E Services for Housing Providers
WarmPro delivers electrical and mechanical services that support safe operation, statutory compliance and long-term asset performance across residential and public buildings. Our M&E services are delivered as part of coordinated construction, retrofit and maintenance programmes, ensuring systems are properly integrated, tested and commissioned to perform reliably in real-world conditions. We understand that electrical and mechanical installations must work with the building fabric, retrofit measures and operational requirements to deliver safe, efficient and maintainable systems.
Electrical Installations, Upgrades & Rewires
Full and partial rewiring, consumer unit replacements, circuit upgrades and electrical installations across occupied and void properties. Works are planned to minimise resident disruption and completed by qualified electricians with full testing, certification and handover documentation.
Inspection, Testing & Certification (EICR)
Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), periodic inspection and testing to BS 7671 standards, remedial works and certification. Clear reporting on electrical safety status, code identification and recommended actions supporting landlord compliance obligations.
Mechanical Services & Plant Installations
Heating system installations, hot water cylinders, boiler replacements, mechanical ventilation systems and plant installations. Works include commissioning, performance testing and integration with building controls, delivered by Gas Safe registered engineers where required.
Distribution Systems & Controls
Electrical distribution upgrades, sub-main installations, lighting circuits, power distribution and control systems. Works include integration with renewable technologies, building management systems and smart controls ensuring efficient, coordinated operation.
Integration with Building Fabric & Energy Systems
Coordinated M&E delivery alongside insulation, ventilation and renewable heating installations. Electrical infrastructure supporting heat pumps, solar PV and battery storage, with mechanical systems designed to work with improved building fabric and airtightness measures.
STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS
Compliance-Led Delivery
Electrical and mechanical works require careful planning, competent supervision and accurate documentation. WarmPro places strong emphasis on compliance, safety and coordination, ensuring systems meet regulatory requirements and are straightforward to operate and maintain.

We work closely with other trades to avoid clashes, reduce rework and ensure clean, efficient installations. All electrical works are completed to BS 7671 (18th Edition) standards, with mechanical installations meeting Building Regulations Part L and relevant gas safety requirements.
INTEGRATED DELIVERY
Coordination Across Trades
By managing M&E alongside building fabric and construction works, WarmPro reduces interface risk and improves programme efficiency. This integrated approach is particularly valuable in live buildings, where access and sequencing must be carefully controlled.

Our teams coordinate with insulation contractors, builders and specialist installers to ensure electrical and mechanical systems are installed at the right point in the programme, avoiding damage, rework and delays.
TESTING AND COMMISSIONING
Quality Assurance & Testing
All electrical and mechanical installations are subject to structured testing, inspection and commissioning processes. Clear documentation and certification provide assurance to clients and support long-term compliance management.
